The FIFA Museum has officially opened its new special exhibition World Cup Fever: Skills Zone and celebrated its public open day in Zurich as part of the museum’s 10-year anniversary celebrations.

Visitors explored the new interactive exhibition, which is connected to the FIFA World Cup 2026™ and offers a series of interactive football challenges. Former Italy international Christian Vieri and current Switzerland international Nadine Riesen also joined the celebrations, meeting visitors, signing autographs, taking pictures and even competing against selected guests inside the new exhibition.

The World Cup Fever programme will continue throughout the summer not only with the exhibition but also with public screenings of selected FIFA World Cup 2026™ matches at the FIFA Museum. More information can be found here

“With World Cup Fever, we are extending the spirit of the FIFA World Cup 2026™ to Zurich through experiences that bring people closer to the game,” said Marco Fazzone, FIFA Museum Managing Director. “Skills Zone highlights the abilities demanded at the highest level, while our public viewings will create opportunities for fans to share the excitement of the tournament together.”
