PASADENA, CA --- Rain rang in the new year at the 137th Tournament of Roses in Pasadena, California, but that didn’t stop the floral procession. On Halloween night, a hundred odd ghosts and ghouls packed into the basement of the East Village's Berlin to see a lineup for the ages. Among those hard-hitting groups was Sibyl Vane.
