2026 All-Star

Plum, Ogwumike & Hamby Merit All-Star Selection:

Media Voting

Sparks guard Kelsey Plum is a no-brainer this season for her fifth career WNBA All-Star selection. Today is a double-vote day, so your vote will count twice. Here is the rationale to cast your vote for Kelsey Plum at guard: Through nine games, the Los Angeles star has averaged 24.8 points, 6.9 assists and 1.6 steals per game, marks no one one else in league history has hit over any nine-game period.  She is tied with A'ja Wilson for the league lead with 25+ point games, reaching this number in two-thirds of her games this season (six of nine). Additionally, Plum ranks second in PPG, third in APG and efficiency per game and is tied for fourth in 3PM per game. The dynamic lefty stands ninth in FG% (55.8) and 16th in 3PT% (40.7), while averaging the most MPG in the league.

Ten-time All-Star Nneka Ogwumike, too, is a clear choice for your All-Star vote. The veteran, who now ranks fourth all-time rebounds and is poised to pass Tina Thompson for fourth in all-time scoring tomorrow tomorrow, ranks in the Top 10 in several key stat categories this season. Vote for Ogwumike in the frontcourt, as the Sparks star is tied for fifth in double-doubles (5), ranks seventh in efficiency per game, is tied for seventh in 3PT% (42.9), places eighth in RPG (8.6) and DREB per game, 10th in FG% (52.8) and is tied for 10th in OREB per contest. She is averaging 16.3 PPG (17th), while ranking 11th in MPG.

Dearica Hamby is also worthy of All-Star consideration, averaging 15.1 points on 51.6% shooting, 8.0 rebounds (12th) and 1.2 steals this season. The three-time WNBA All-Star is tied for sixth in OREB PG, having secured multiple offensive boards in each of her past six games. Hamby also gets to the free-throw line often (10th in FTA per game and 11th in FTM per contest), improving her FT% substantially from recent seasons to 73.9% in 2026. The veteran WNBA champion ranks 14th in both DREB per game and efficiency per contest, making the Sparks the only team with three players ranking in the league's Top 15 in efficiency. Vote Dearica Hamby an All-Star in the frontcourt.
