Starring Georgina Campbell, Paul Gross, David Klein, Robert Bazzocchi,
Rebecca Liddiard, Dan Abramovici and Paula Brancati
Directed by Will Bowes. Written by Daccia Bloomfield
Toronto, Tuesday, July 29th, 2025. Principal photography has wrapped on the voyeurism drama, The Fallers, directed by Will Bowes (Sundance’s Hey Lady!, Degrassi: Next Class), starring Georgina Campbell (Barbarian, The Watchers, Black Mirror), Paul Gross (Broadway's Good Night and Good Luck, Slings andArrows, Passchendaele), David Klein (Dream Scenario, Overcompensating, Brilliant Minds), Rebecca Liddiard (Fargo, Alias Grace, Seven Veils), Robert Bazzocchi (Gen V, Reacher, Ghosts), Dan Abramovici (Jane, The Marsh King’s Daughter, Priscilla), and Paula Brancati (Slasher, Dark Oracle, Degrassi: The Next Generation). The Fallers was filmed in Hamilton and Toronto, Ontario.
The Fallers follows Annie, the daughter and sole caregiver of troubled architect Carl, who escapes her complicated past by trespassing into the homes her father designed. When the watcher becomes the watched, Annie must confront her past, her father's legacy, and the parts of herself she's tried to hide in the walls.
The Fallers explores deep familial patterns of codependency, the cost of neglect, and the architecture of care. What begins as a quiet, offbeat character study unfolds into a chilling portrait of surveillance, obsession, and the cost of living inside someone else's design, both literally and figuratively.
The Fallers is written by Daccia Bloomfield (Wild/Walled, GOLD, TIDAL MOUTH), and produced by Jamie Manning (Rosie, The Middle Man, Falls Around Her) and executive produced by Manning, Bowes, Bloomfield, Jennifer Weiss (Fitting In, Stellar, The Captive, Away From Her), Simone Urdl (Seven Veils, The Middle Man, Guest of Honour, Falls Around Her), Georgina Campbell, and Louise Palmkvist Hansen (Suicide Note, Tomoko, Vogn 347)
“I’m beyond thrilled to have brought The Fallers to life alongside the brilliant Georgina Campbell and the legendary Paul Gross. Georgina delivers a performance that is haunted, heartbreaking, and darkly comic. I grew up watching Paul on stage and this role feels transformative for him. Their dynamic is absolutely mesmerizing to watch, and I cannot wait for audiences to experience this genre-bending voyeurism drama.” said Will Bowes.
Cinematography by Steve Cosens (Delia’s Gone, Trickster, Cardinal) production design by Nicole Simmons (Beyond Black Beauty, Near or Far, Slo Pitch), and editing by Santiago Ruiztorres (Workin’ Moms).
The Fallers was developed with support from the Harold Greenberg Fund. The Fallers received funding investment through Telefilm Canada’s Production Program, and Urban Post Production. International sales are handled by WTFilms, and Hollywood Suite is the Canadian Broadcaster.
Georgina Campbell is represented by UTA, Entertainment 360, Independent Talent Group and Felker Toczek Suddleson McGinnis Ryan LLC.
