2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Semifinal Matchups and Schedule Confirmed

• Four Caribbean clubs set to battle to be crowned Caribbean club champion 

• Three 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup slots are available

• Semifinals are scheduled for the last two weeks of October

Miami, FL (Thursday, October 2, 2025)- Concacaf has confirmed the schedule and matchups for the 2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Semifinals. The two home-and-away series will be played on October 21-23 (first legs) and October 28-30, 2025 (second legs). 

Following a ten-club Group Stage, which took place across five weeks, between August and October, the two top clubs from each group have advanced to the competition's Knockout Stage. These four clubs are (standings and results are availablehere): 

Group A: Mount Pleasant FA (JAM), O&M FC (DOM)

Group B: Cibao FC (DOM),Defence Force (TRI)

The Knockout Stage consists of home-and-away Semifinals, a Third-Place Series, and a Final. The Champion will qualify for the 2026 Concacaf Champions Cup Round of 16, while the runners-up and Third-Place finisher will qualify for Round One.

The tournament's Semifinal matchups have been determined per the Competition Regulations, with the group winners facing the second-place finishers (1A vs. 2B and 1B vs. 2A). The winners of each group will host the return leg matches. The two matchups are as follows: 

Semifinal 1: Mount Pleasant FA vs Defence Force

Semifinal 2: Cibao FC vs O&M FC

After the Semifinals, the winner of each matchup will advance to the 2025 Concacaf Caribbean Cup Final, where the third Caribbean champion will be crowned. The Final and Third-Place series are scheduled for November 25-27 (First Legs) and December 2-4 (Second Legs).
