Weston McKennie excited to be playing in the United States again

Juventus FC and United States of America midfielder, Weston McKennie has spoken about how is looking forward to playing the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™ on home soil, with his club team playing group stage matches in Washington DC against Al Ain (UAE), in Philadelphia against Wydad AC (Morocco) and Orlando against Manchester City (England).

Landon Donovan on the importance of the competition for the United States

United States great and FIFA Legend Landon Donovan has predicted that the fast-approaching first-ever 32- team FIFA Club World Cup™ – united with next year’s FIFA World Cup™ – will open the eyes of “millions of new fans” in North America as the sport continues to explode in participation and popularity.

Real Madrid in search of a new trophy

The Spanish giants play their group stages matches in Miami against Al Hilal (Saudi Arabia), in Charlotte against CF Pachuca (Mexico) and Philadelphia where they come up against FC Salzburg (Austria).

CA Boca Juniors forward, Edinson Cavani speaks about how his club team are looking forward to the FIFA Club World Cup 2025™, with the side from Buenos Aires, Argentina playing two group stage matches in Miami against SL Benfica (Portugal), and FC Bayern München (Germany) with their final pool stage match in Nashville against Auckland City (New Zealand).

The new FIFA Club World Cup™ kicks off on 14 June in Miami and includes a prize pot of USD 1 billion for the 32 participating clubs. There is also a USD 250 million solidarity fund for non-participating clubs, which means the tournament’s legacy will be felt long after the final on 13 July.
